The Viper Room
Since its opening in 1993 The Viper Room has been a significant part of Los Angeles, being located in the epicenter of the famous Sunset Strip. Many people refer to it as "Johnny Depp's joint" due to the actor being affiliated with it from its start. The Viper Room always attracted locals and visitors alike. The Viper Room is supposed to be laid out similarly to the famous 1920s Harlem jazz clubs, with that signature appeal that's a little retro yet contemporary at the tops of current stars. This is a known spot for those who would like to get a glimpse of history while it aids new budding artists with a nice balance between the two. On the list of performers on that stage appear Johnny Cash, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Bruce Springsteen, and many others. Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, and Queens of The Stone Age played some of the most decisive shows for them in that club. Consequently, The Viper Room became one of the most significant points of LA nightlife.
