Kamyah Williams, professionally known as Xella Red, is a promising recording artist and producer emerging from Chicago, Illinois. She released a new "kult" classic titled "FN" on November 9, 2024, under the record label SOULEDIN. Since her debut, Xella has reinvented both her image and sound as an artist. With an extensive discography consisting of alternative hip-hop, punk rock, and drill, she's amassed a cult-like following. The rapper also secured two spots on the top ten charts of SOXO Radio in July 2024. Several local publications and outlets have promoted the rapper, such as The Chicago Wave, Check That Bag, and many more. On December 6th, 2024, the artist found herself barred from accessing her music on SoundCloud. Hundreds of fans and supporters contacted the streaming platform to grant access to the rapper. With significant inquiries, soon after, SoundCloud granted permission(s) to Xella's team. One week later, she followed up with the highly anticipated trap metal album ALIEN FROM HELL. Her competence and execution shine on the project, due to hints of the subgenre. Her single "DO YOU WANT TO FUCK? I EAT MEN" pushes that distortion, inflection, and chaos one would expect from Lord Len or Sybyr. Her latest album was quickly met with raving reviews from critics, tastemakers, and listeners.
