TÄRA
Born in Italy, Singer Tamara Al Zool, professionally known as TÄRA, is an independent Palestinian musical artist based in Athens, Greece. She made her debut with her single “in my head” released on June 1, 2022. The singer pioneered the original subgenre, “Arab’nB.” “Arab’nB” is a fusion of elements from Arabic culture with the genres of R&B and soul. The initiative aims to challenge and dismantle the misconceptions of Arabic culture through music and art. TÄRA uses her creativity and versatility to produce abstract works while broadening the new genre. She is also fluently trilingual and expresses many ideas through various languages throughout her discography.
The next entry in “Arab’nB” was "Luna,” released on February 17, 2023. She has released a total of five singles in her career thus far. “lo senza te” was her third published single, featuring SAN JUNO and Lois Grimaldi. Her first bilingual single, “Evadere” (released on January 12, 2024), amassed a total of over forty thousand streams. Her most recent single, “Peace of mind” was released with contributions from producer Kruz and sound engineer Joe Sledge. TÄRA was also selected as a contestant to perform at the May Day Concert in Rome, Circus Maximus.
