Rip My Bottom Lip is a creative project headed up by Austin-born Alec Cudmore, who is himself the performer and the songwriter and producer behind the music. His works under Cudmore's Rip My Bottom Lip project indeed show the aforementioned and other aspects of his capabilities, as well as his obsession with making unusual sounds. The latest EP from Rip My Bottom Lip is "Bend a Friend," released on November 15, 2024, with the Tunnelumbra label. Under the banner of Rip My Bottom Lip, musician and songwriter and producer Alec Cudmore presents five tunes that make for a meaty 17 minutes and 12 seconds run time. It is emotive, as each of the pieces, including such titles as "His Sweet Touch Puts Me Under" and "Brainrot," is embellished with indie vibes. A great and experienced team in music production actually bore the creation of Rip My Bottom Lip's EP "Bend a Friend." Central players were Taylor J. Webb and Chromatic Mastering.
